When the matter is called out and taken up for hearing, learned Advocate for petitioner is not present. Any request for passover or adjournment was not made in first call. In second call also any request for passover or adjournment is not made. Since despite two calls the petitioner has not attended the hearing and no one has remained present, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
