Petitioner's claim for grant of ACP, increment and sanction of medical leave can more appropriately be examined by the respondent no. 3, at the first instance.
Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no. 3, annexing all materials in support of his claim alongwith copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. Such claim of the petitioner shall be got examined and appropriate order in the matter would be passed by the authority concerned, within a period of three months thereafter.
