JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
To be heard along with Special Civil Application No.7873/2010.
2. It is stated on behalf of respondent-authority that assessment has yet not been done. After the same is done, the petitioner shall deposit the assessed amount with the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of service of the order of assessment upon the petitioner. Subject to the above condition, interim relief is granted in terms of Para-9(B).
3. On such deposit being made, the Registry shall invest the entire amount in Fixed Deposit with any nationalized Bank, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any orders in that regard from this Court. The interest accruing on such Deposit shall be accumulated.
4. Orders regarding disbursement of the said amount shall be passed at the time of final disposal of the petition. Failure to deposit the amount as aforesaid shall lead to automatic vacation of interim relief without reference to the Court.
