JUDGMENT / ORDER

M.K.Chandramohan Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw this Crl.M.C, without prejudice to his contentions raised in connected Cr.M.C.No.5027/2014. He would submit that Crl.M.C.No.4193/2014 was filed at a time when the impugned criminal proceeding was only at the stage of registration of the impugned crime. Later, it was revealed that the crime registered was investigated which has resulted in final report which is filed by the Police and therefore, he has chosen to challenge the final report in Crl.M.C.No.5027/2014.
Crl.M.C.No.4193/2014 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
