JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel states that the Tribunal has decided one of the issues following the decision of the Tribunal in the case of M/s Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. Vs. Commissioner of Trade Tax, U.P., Lucknow. Against the order of the Tribunal, M/s Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. Vs. Commissioner of Trade Tax, U.P., Lucknow filed Trade Tax Revision No. 225 of 2002. The revision has been allowed vide order dated 15.2.2010. He further submitted that a review application has been filed in the said case, which is pending and may likely be disposed of shortly.
In view of the above, list after four weeks.
