The petitioner who manages a higher secondary school, is aggrieved by the non sanction of the post of Librarian Grade IV in the school.
2. The fourth respondent was appointed by the petitioner management after a due process of selection. Ext.P3 is the copy of the appointment order. Seeking for approval of the same, applications have been moved. But so far, no final decision has been taken, which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court by filing this writ petition.
3. Heard learned Govt. Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
4. Exts.P5 and P7 are the applications pending before the Director of Higher Secondary Education. There will be a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on Exts.P5 and P7 with notice to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. The petitioner will forward a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for compliance.
