This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in PRC.No. 8 of 2012 on the file of II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that PRC is already committed to the Court of Sessions and the same is registered as SC.No. 4 of 2013 and pending on the file of IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Since PRC is already committed to the Court of Sessions and the same is registered as SC.No. 4 of 2013 pending on the file of IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, this criminal petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law to challenge the Sessions Case.
