JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Notice as to interim relief returnable on 28.06.2012.
By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned award is stayed qua the direction regarding continuity of service and grant of 70% back- wages. The order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of thirty days from today. In case of failure to reinstate the respondent-workman by the stipulated time, it will be open to respondents-workmen to approach this Court for vacating interim relief.
