JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
The order dated 05.11.2011 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bhavnagar in Reference I.T. No. 137 of 1998 will be implemented by the petitioner subject to the result of the petition.
It is pointed out that the petitioner- Municipality has not gone for revision of the set up. Hence, the petitioner-Municipality will revise set up within a period of six weeks from today as per guidelines of Government and in such event the payment thereof will not be objected by the Audit if the same is in accordance with law.
