It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption “For Dismissal” on 27.08.2014. On the said day, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 reported to the Court that the first writ petitioner had expired. A representation was made on behalf of Sri Nivarthi, learned counsel for the petitioners, that he was unwell. On that ground, the matter was adjourned to 12.09.2014. Today, the matter again appears under the caption “For Dismissal”, but there is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel. No steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the first petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
