Accordingly, this is not a public interest litigation and it is a private interest litigation for espousing the rights of a group of individuals. Hence, the public interest litigation is dismissed.
However, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the learned Single Judge, if they are so advised.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the public interest litigation shall also stand closed.
