JUDGMENT / ORDER

The above Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in W.P.No.10489 of 2008, dated 19.11.2008.
2. This Court by order, dated 19.11.2009 in W.P.No.10489 of 2008, had directed the petitioner to appear before the fourth responden,t on receipt of the said order and thereafter, the fourth respondent shall provide physical protection to the petitioner, as per law.
3. At this stage of hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the directions issued by this Court had been complied with.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
5. Since, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petition, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
