For Petitioner : Mr.A.Sirajudeen, SC for M/s.Siraj and Siraj For R1 : Mr.C.Emalias, APP For R2 : Mr.R.Balasubramanian ORDER The petitioner/A1 has filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.148 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent stating that there were two FIRs in Crime Nos.350 of 2010 and 148 of 2011 registered by the first respondent in respect of the same occurrence.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.350 of 2010, after conducting enquiry, further action was dropped on 21.02.2011 and the final report was filed to that effect before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupattur, who inturn issued RCS Notice vide No.105/2013 dated 29.04.2013 to the complainant.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
