The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Patta to her in respect of the property situated at Survey Nos. 142/1B1/ and 142/1B2, Pazhavoor Part II, Chidhambarapuram, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of her representation dated 20.12.2016.
2.The petitioner has already made a representation seeking for issuance of patta on 20.12.2016. Therefore, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing the rival parties/claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and pass such order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
