… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.10199 OF 2004 O R D E R This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 16.12.2003 passed by the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, in exercise of appellate powers under Section 90 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. The petitioners who were arrayed as respondents in the said appeal complained that the observations made in the dismissal order dated 16.12.2003, which was passed without notice to them, were prejudicial to their interest.
This Court directed status-quo obtaining as on 22.06.2004 to be maintained by an order of the same date.
It is now stated by Sri N.Krishna Suman, learned counsel representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the matter has been compromised between the parties in O.S.No.29 of 2004 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, R.R. District. He therefore states that the challenge against the order impugned in this writ petition does not survive for consideration owing to the said compromise.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. Status-quo order dated 22.06.2004 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
