1. Heard Mr. S.H. Shanjanwala, learned Senior Advocate appearing with Mr. Dilip Kanojia for the petitioner, Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. Vijay Patel, learned Advocate for respondent no.4.
2. Earlier by order dated 10.4.2012 this Court had issued notice and granted interim relief whereby the order impugned dated 6.3.2012 passed by Mamlatdar and ALT, Valsad in Tenancy Case No. 9649 of 2011 has been stayed till then.
3. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are hereby directed to file their reply to the petition latest by 30.07.2012. Mr. V.H.Patel, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.4 states that respondent No.4 shall also file reply to the petition. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then. The petitioner shall also not make any change in the possession and use. Mr. Shanjanwala, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner in the meanwhile shall not carryout any activity except the activity of panjarapol. S.O. to 07.08.2012.
