JUDGMENT / ORDER

At the request of Shri Nanavati, learned advocate for the respondent corporation so as to enable him to file detailed affidavit in reply giving names of those persons, who are running slaughter house and whether all those persons having requisite license or not and also to say on affidavit that except those persons whose names have been declared, no other persons running slaughter house in the city, to be affirmed by Commissioner of Corporation. Stand over to 18th June 2012.
