Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has approached this court against the order dated 14.11.2018 fixing interim maintenance Rs.1500/- per month for opposite party no.2 and Rs. 1000/- per month each to her minor son.
The argument is that application of the applicant under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since long.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the application of the applicant under section 125 Cr.P.c. in case no. 927 of 2015 (Smt. Munni Devi vs. Bombay Lal)within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
