After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the High Court, we dispose of this writ petition directing the learned District Judge to treat a copy of the writ petition as a representation and to consider the same in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents and pass a speaking order. This exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
The miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No costs.
