Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court with the prayer to direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner in respect of the land given by her being plot no.286 area 0.3640 hectares situate in Village Meesa Khurd, Block Awagarh, Tehsil jalesar, District Etah by way of giving equal value of the land to the petitioner or to give suitable job to the son of the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that she has given the land for the construction of a Primary School in the village in the year 2006. Now a claim is being made that in respect of the land given by the petitioner for the construction of a Primary School, equal value of the land be given to the petitioner or to provide a job to her son.
Such a direction cannot be given in a writ proceeding. No material has been placed that the petitioner's land was acquired or was utilized by the authorities against the wishes of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner voluntarily gave the land for the construction of a school in her village and after passing of more than 12 years, she wants compensation or a job to her son, which is not appropriate under any valid law in this behalf.
The writ petition is mis-conceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
