ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in suspending the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, vide proceedings in Ref.No.C/876/2014, dated 15.10.2014.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court letter in Ref. No.C/1132/2014, dated 02.12.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has informed the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) that on considering the explanation filed by the petitioner in reply to the show cause notice, the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization is restored and the suspension is withdrawn.
In the light of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2 by restoring the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary and the same is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46178 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
