ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been considering the representation dated 03.11.2014 of the petitioners for registering a society in the name and style of “Arumbaka Yanadula Machakarula Sahakara Sangam”.
Though the petitioners have raised several pleadings with respect to the administration of respondent No.4 society, in view of their own admission that they were deleted from the said society, thereby forcing them to apply for registration of a separate society for Arumbaka Village, this Court does not propose to deal with those allegations. For the time being, it will suffice if respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioners’ request for registration of a separate society strictly in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, in general and Section 15-A of the said Act in particular. He shall consider the said representation and take a decision within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44656 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
