Smt. Bogeswara parvathi PETITIONER AND 1. The Special Deputy Collector for land Acquisition, GNSS, Project Unit- III, Muddanur, Kadapa District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 30.06.2014 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the said letter, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
