This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 3-9-2013 in W.P.No.25711 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, submitted that as the petitioner failed to produce the documents required for considering his application for granting pattadar passbooks and title deeds, no decision could be taken by respondent No.2. He has however stated that within one week from today, an appropriate order will be passed.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
