The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 601/2010, in a time bound manner, preferably within three months.
It is urged that the petitioners, who are plaintiffs in the said suit are being put to irreparable loss and injury on account of pendency of the proceedings since the year 2010. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that except one defendant, all the other defendants have been duly served.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Court below to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, soon after service on all the defendants is sufficient.
