ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not been accepting the demand drafts being submitted by the petitioner for release of the essential commodities.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) placed before the Court the written instructions of respondent No.3, wherein he has informed that the demand drafts submitted by the petitioner have been received and essential commodities for the month of December, 2014 were allotted to him.
In the view of the above written instructions reported by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47223 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
