There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. W.P.M.P.No.24862 of 2014 is filed by the persons on whose behalf this writ petition is filed claiming that they have not instituted the said writ petition and not authorized any person to file any writ petition and their signatures were forged.
2. Earlier when the writ petition is listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and, hence, the matter is directed to be listed under the caption of “for dismissal”. When the matter is called today, there is also no representation. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, no orders are necessary in W.P.M.Ps., and accordingly, all W.P.M.Ps are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
