This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 346 of 2012 of Nandigama Police Station, Krishna district, for alleged offence under section 420 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted as per information received from Police, this case is compromised between the parties in Mega Lok Adalat held on 30/03/2013 and as per the terms of compromise the case is closed.
4. Considering the representation of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as ‘infructuous’.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
