Even in the third round, Counsel for the petitioners has absented himself.
By means of this writ petition, petitioners pray for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent - authority to forthwith lease back their Abadi Land bearing Khasra No.197 area 1.0720 hectares and Khasra No.192 area 0.9260 hectares of the Revenue Village - Lukhsar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Gautam Budh Nagar.
Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned Counsel for the respondents, has submitted that the matter is fully covered by a decision of a Division Bench of this Court passed in Writ-C No.36328 of 2019 (Vidya Devi Vs.State of U.P. and 3 others), decided on 21.11.2019.
This petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition.
However, as we have passed this order in the absence of the petitioners, if they have any grievance, they may agitate their claim before the appropriate authority.
