The petitioner, proprietor of a petrol bunk has obtained all necessary statutory clearances from the various authorities. He has also been granted a license by the Panchayat. As per Ext.P4, the petitioner was directed to show cause why action should not be taken against him for violation of various provisions of the law. The petitioner submitted Ext.P5 explanation. Thereupon Ext.P6 proceedings were issued, without considering the explanation of the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged Ext.P6 in Ext.P7 appeal, which is pending before the second respondent. Ext.P7 is accompanied by a petition for stay also. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P7. 2. Adv.Joby Cyriac appears for respondents 2 and 3. the counsel assures that Ext.P7 would be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
