Sri A.K. Dixit, learned counsel for applicants and Sri Somdev Dixit for the respondents submits that parties have entered into a compromise in Criminal Case No. 188/2013 (State Vs. Boby and others) under section 147, 149, 452, 323, 325,308 IPC, police station Dadon, District Aligarh arising out of crime no. 105/1. The compromise is duly verified by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Aligarh vide order dated 27.1.2021 and in view of such compromise nothing survives for adjudication in the present case. Therefore the application is allowed.
Nobody is appearing to oppose the factum of such compromise.
In terms of the verification of the compromise, proceedings of Criminal Case No. 188/2013 (State Vs. Boby and others) under section 147, 149, 452, 323, 325,308 IPC, police station Dadon, District Aligarh arising out of crime no. 105/12 is duly verified by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Aligarh are hereby quashed.
In above terms, petition is disposed off.
