Learned Sr.Counsel Mr.Raval for the petitioners submits that the respondent no.2-Estate Officer has already taken the possession as recorded by the learned Additional District Judge in the impugned order. However, learned Sr.Counsel Mr.Joshi submits that the present respondent no.1 is in possession and it is running the factory.
