1. Mr.
S.D. Vasavada, learned advocate for respondent No.1 in Company Petition No.133 of 2010 seeks further time to file further response.
2. Ms.
Sona Sagar, learned advocate for UCO Bank points out that the Bank has to bear expenses of the security charges to protect the property.
3. Mr.
Abhishek Mehta, learned advocate for respondent No.16 has also some objection if the longer time is granted as prayed for by Mr. S.D. Vasavada.
4. However, considering the request made by Mr. Vasavada, as a last chance, S.O. to 3.5.2012. It is, however, made clear that if no further response is filed by Mr. Vasavada for respondent No.1 before 1.5.2012, respondent No.1 shall not be permitted to file any further reply or affidavit in the present matter.
