Sreenidhi, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to quash the notice dtd: 06.08.2019 issued by the Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical ) O and M Rural Sub-Division, the R-3 Vide Annexure-A and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to present the same at Kalaburagi Bench and also to return the original documents.
Memo for withdrawal is accepted.
Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Registry is hereby directed to return the original records forthwith.
