Bliss vs State

From the record it appears that despite order dated 23.7.2012, office of the Government Pleader has filed affidavit-in-reply in the Registry and the Registry has, without having regard to the order passed by this Court accepted the said reply affidavit. Learned AGP has tendered apology. Having regard to the request by learned AGP and considering the fact that affidavit is filed recently, hearing is adjourned to enable the petitioner to file, if necessary, rejoinder affidavit.
