Under order dated 25.01.2012, office was directed to issue Notice making it returnable on 6th February 2012. Since then, until now, any reply opposing the petition has not been filed. Learned A.G.P. has submitted that he has not received the papers of petition. Therefore, as a last chance, time to file reply affidavit is granted. If the reply affidavit is not filed on or before the next date then responsible officer may be visited with order of cost or the Court may decline to accept the reply from the respondent or any other appropriate order may be passed including final order on merits in absence of the reply affidavit.
