JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to render adequate protection to the life of petitioner against all sorts of threats from 5th respondent and her men whenever petitioner attempts to demolish the temporary construction attached to her building.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the 5th respondent tenant, who has made temporary construction to the building, filed a petition and obtained an interim order of stay from the Government.
In the above view of the matter, we do not see any reason to issue any direction as prayed for in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
