JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 to 3.
3.On the complaint lodged by one Sangavi, the 3rd respondent police registered a case in Crime No.12 of 2017 on 17.06.2017 for offences under Sections 452,427,323,506(i) I.P.C., Sections 5(i) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9,10,11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 against the respondents 4 and 5 and another. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner, who is mother of Sangavi, that the respondents 4 and 5 are repeatedly threatening them and asking her daughter to withdraw the complaint in Crime No.12 of 2017. For this, again the petitioner has made a complaint and the same is pending enquiry on the file of the third respondent.
4.In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to ensure that no harm is done to the petitioner and her family members and they are not threatened by the respondents 4 and 5 to withdraw the complaint in Crime No.12 of 2017, pending on the file of the third respondent.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
