(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition in pro bono publico to direct the respondents to instal more number of Echo machines and portable Echo machines in Cardiology Department, Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital. The further relief is to increase the number of Surgeons in Cardiology Department, Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital.
2.According to the petitioner, on account of less number of Echo Machines and portable Echo Machines in Cardiology Department, Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital, the patients are not in a position to undergo Echo test. He has given a representation dated 11.08.2017 in this regard.
3.We therefore direct the first respondent to consider the same ad pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
