JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners approached the 5th respondent for assignment of land on registry for industrial purposes. Ext.P9 is the application. The petitioners submit that this application is pending before the 5th respondent since 2010.
If the application as such is pending and not disposed of so far, appropriate decision shall be taken on Ext.P9 by the 5th respondent within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
