Instant writ petitions seeks quashing of the FIR dated 4.12.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 833 of 2018, under Sections 60(2), 62 of UP Excise Act, P.S. Jhinjhana, District Shamli.
Allegation in the FIR is that the petitioners were making liquor without any license.
As large quantity of liquor has been recovered, no case for quashing of the FIR is made out. Petitioners are at liberty to apply for bail.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
