JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2017, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records carefully.
3. A perusal of the complaint would go to show that there is a property dispute between the parties. If the petitioner has got any grievance, she can very well work out her remedy before the civil Court. The allegations in the complaint do not make out any offence, warranting registration of the case. The dispute is purely civil in nature and therefore, no direction as prayed for could be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
