This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 01.03.2019 passed by Principal Judge (Family Court), Moradabad in F.C./ Case No. 341/9 of 2017 (Smt. Dipti and others vs. Bishpal), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Katghar, District- Moradabad, whereby learned court below has awarded maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the wife/opposite party no. 2 and Rs.1,000/- each to two minor children/ opposite party nos.3 and 4.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Counsel has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. By the impugned order only Rs.3,000/- to wife and Rs.1,000/- each to two minor children per month have been awarded and as a matter of maintenance which in the present days of high price rise cannot be said to be either excessive or disproportionate. The impugned order contains discussion of facts and circumstances of the case and is a well reasoned order. There is no good reason to interfere in the impugned order.
The revision lacks merit and stands dismissed.
