JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.1.
Shri Rakesh Kumar Nigam has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 to 4. He informs the Court that inquiry has been completed against the petitioner on 31.5.2013 in compliance of order of this Court dated 22.1.2013 passed in Service Single No.284 of 2013 (Shri Sri Pal Vs. State of U.P. and others).
He is granted a week time to file affidavit regarding completion of inquiry and status of disciplinary proceeding.
