Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. The writ petition is being filed seeking following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direecting to the District Magistrate, Saharanpur (respondent no. 2 ) and also to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil -Nakur, District Saharanpur (respondent no. 3 ) to ensure amaldaramad of aforesaid order dated 05.12.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Since the petitioner seeks incorporation of an order passed by the Board of Revenue in his favour, and since counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state that a Parwana Amaldaramat has actually been issued, the relief prayed for, cannot be granted.
The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Board of Revenue for issuance of a Parwana Amaldaramad to incorporate its order in the revenue record.
Subject to above, writ petition is dismissed.
