Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
Smt. Pratibha Verma and Birendra Kumar Verma are present in this Court and they have been identified by their lawyer. Smt. Pratibha Verma states that she voluntarily married Birendra Kumar Verma and there is no abduction. She further states that she is major, her date of birth being 04.07.1992 as per the high school certificate.
Issue notice to Respondent No.3, who may file a counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, the arrest of the petitioners in case crime no. 234 of 2010, under section 363 , 366 I.P.C, P.S. Sahatwar, District Ballia shall remain stayed provided they cooperate with the investigation.
