1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has prayed the following reliefs:
I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (District Magistrate, Azamgarh, District Azamgarh) and respondent no.3 (District Panchayat Raj Adhikari, District Azamgarh) to decide the representation dated 9.8.2019 with regard to misappropriation of Gram Sabha Fund by the respondent no.4 and 5 within fixed period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 not to harass the petitioner in any manner.
III. Issue any suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.
IV. Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."
3. Learned Standing Counsel vehemently opposed the aforesaid prayers, hence the same cannot be granted.
4. However, considering the request of the petitioner that his representation is pending since 2019, the representation of the petitioner may be decided, expeditiously, preferably on or before 31.08.2021. The petitioner is directed to take other recourse as provided under law except to file petitions before this Court again and again.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed.
