Petitioner appears to have approached the competent authority for his transfer to Kolkata on account of serious illness of his mother. It is stated that there is none else in the family to look after his mother and on similar humanitarian consideration various orders have been passed by the authorities. Reliance is placed upon an order of the authority dated 10.9.2020 in that regard.
Sri Kuldeep Singh Chauhan, holding brief of Sri Shitala Prasad Gaur, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3 states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the authority competent in accordance with law, at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.3 alongwith copy of this order, annexing all materials in respect of illness of his mother, within three weeks from today. The Director concerned is requested to consider petitioner's claim in terms of the relevant policy by passing a reasoned order, preferably within a period of three months, thereafter.
