Heard Sri Shailesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant- informant and perused the material placed on record.
The present bail cancellation application has been filed by the applicant- informant to cancel the bail order dated 20.11.2017 passed by this Court, granting bail to opposite party nos. 2 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44436 of 2017 (Bittu Versus State of U.P.) in Case Crime No.140 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 of The Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Ramala, District- Baghpat.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record, I do not find any good ground to cancell the bail granted by this Court to opposite party no. 2.
The bail cancellation application is, accordingly, rejected.
