The petitioner has sought disposal of his complaint before the District Magistrate under the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhans & Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997.
From the perusal of the application/complaint dated 6.2.2019, it transpires that there is no affidavit in support thereof.
Under the circumstances, no direction can be issued as complaint is not on the prescribed format, however, it is open for the petitioner to make appropriate application of the complaint as per U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up- Pradhans & Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 if he so advised.
The writ petition is dismissed. Consigned to record.
